WEAREVINYL – MARCH OFFERS
March 8, 2018
Janis Joplin – ‘Janis Joplin’s Greatest Hits‘
Simply a collection of unarguable classics from one of rock’s most influential voices. Originally released in 1973 this repressing is a wonderful reminder of a time when ‘Greatest Hits’ meant exactly what it said.
Jamiroquai – ‘Synkronized’
Perhaps the single most impactful record from London’s leading Jazz-Funksters – not only was ‘Deeper Underground’ featured in the ’98 blockbuster ‘Godzilla’ but ‘Canned Heat’ passed into pop and movie folklore, soundtracking the legendary dance scene in 2004’s ‘Napoleon Dynamite’.
Miles Davis – ‘Kind of Blue’
Regarded by many as the greatest jazz album of all time, this 1959 masterwork sees Davis and his ensemble of pianist Bill Evans, drummer Jimmy Cobb, bassist Paul Chambers, and saxophonists John Coltrane and Julian “Cannonball” Adderley all deliver era-defining performances.
Santana – ‘Greatest Hits’
Drawn from the first three Santana albums; their eponymous 1969 debut ‘Santana’, 1970’s ‘Abraxas’ and the number one album ‘Santana III/Man With An Outstretched Hand’, this is a piece of musical history
